Our team will review your needs, budget, and aesthetic preferences for your short-term rental. These can include factors like target audience, budget constraints, desired aesthetic, and the local market trends.

Design Proposal
Based on the information gathered, we will create a detailed design proposal that outlines the recommended furnishings, decor, and any additional services. There is a $300 design fee. If you want to proceed, that design fee will be credited towards your invoice
Quality Check & Client Walkthrough
Officially hand over the furnished property with detailed documentation
Space Planning & Layout Design
Once the proposal gets approved, we will move on to space planning. We will develop a layout design that maximizes the functionality and appeal of the rental property.
Love it & List it!
Once everything is all set, all you need to do is snap some pics and list it! Staging and photography can be an added service.
